1.) What services do you provide?

We specialize in home cleanouts, estate sales, and home selling solutions. Whether you are managing an inherited property, downsizing, relocating, or prepping the home for selling, we offer full end-to-end support to simplify the entire process.

2.) What is involved in a home cleanout?

A home cleanout involves removing unwanted items from the property… such as furniture, belongings, clutter, debris and more. We sort, donate, recycle, and properly dispose of items, leaving the home broom-swept clean and ready for its next stage. (note that we work with clients make donations to preferred organizations.)

3.) How to estate sales work?

We organize, stage, research, price, and run your estate sale, ensuring items are presented professionally and sold to maximize market value. We handle marketing, staffing, and transaction management. We ensure items are removed safely, with care for the home.

4.) Do you buy items directly - or only sell through an estate sale?

We can do both. While most valuables are sold through and estate sale, we also offer direct buy-outs for selected items or entire contents when a faster solution is required.

5.) Do you run only on-site estate sales, or also online?

We do both. Depending on several factors such as items, timing, location, we will make a recommendation on which approach will yield the best results. Online auctions for smaller items can be very effective.

6.) Where do you operate?

We support all of Connecticut, with a focus on New Haven, Hartford, and Fairfield counties.

7.) Can you help if I live out of state or can’t visit the property?

Absolutely. Many clients are managing estates remotely. We can coordinate everything on your behalf - cleanouts, sales, repairs, photography, and prepping the home for sale.

We serve all types of properties, including single family homes, condos, multi-family homes, and senior living transitions.

9.) Do you offer real estate services or partner with realtors?

Yes. We provide home selling solutions, which may include connecting you with trusted real estate professionals, preparing the property for sale, or coordinating a fast, as-is home sale, depending on your needs.

Timelines vary by project size:

  • Cleanouts: 1-3 days for most properties

  • Estate sales: Typically 1-2 weeks, including preparation

  • Selling the home: Depends on your chosen selling method, but we can help expedite the process.

Costs depend on scope of work. Cleanouts are priced by volume and complexity, while estate sales are a commission-based model. Our pricing is fair and aligned with industry standards. We provide clear, upfront estimates before any work starts.
